P.Gopal Krishnan – Director & Principal Consultant
Gopal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has worked in various functions including Finance, Information Management and Supply Chain for over a decade and a half. He has donned the roles of a Chief Executive Officer ( Shapoorji Pallonji Biotech Park P Ltd) and Finance Controller (Audio Business Group, Philips India Ltd. ). He has been an Entrepreneur ( started up KARD Scientific India P Ltd & KARD Medics India P Ltd, affiliates of the KARD Inc., Wilmington, MA, USA ) and has co-led the turn-around of a loss making business (as Finance Controller, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson Ltd ). He brings to the Stabaka team, extensive leadership experience with significant cross-functional and cross-border exposure.
A book lover and an ardent traveller, he has a passion for working with early stage start up ventures focussing on the cutting edge of scientific research, especially in life sciences.
Kalyan Vaidyanathan – Director
Kalyan has 15+ years of combined experience in managing construction projects and enterprise software development. He has also published widely on the topic of construction SCM including a book chapter titled “Overview of IT Applications in the Construction Supply Chain” in the well known Construction Supply Chain Management Handbook. He co-founded Nadhi Information Technologies, a Technology Company in the area of Construction Management. Earlier, he was the Product Line Manager for the Scheduling product group at i2 Technologies. While at i2, he has taken three products from concept stage to commercial. Prior to i2, he worked as a Senior Engineer at Simpson Gumpertz and Heger Inc. a structural engineering consulting firm specializing in commercial facility design and failure analysis and investigation. He holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras.
Kalyan loves travelling and exploring cuisine from various parts of the world, doodles in his spare time, and is one of the few experts in Lean Construction in India.
K. Krishnan – Director
Krishnan is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata, the oldest of the Management Institutes of India, and has five decades of industrial experience across borders.He has led companies in metal containers manufacture and executed turnkey projects in power transmission sector.
He spends his spare time reading Vedanta philosophy and travelling.
