Ravi is a B.Tech from IIT, Chennai in Civil Engineering and holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. A technology lover, Ravi has worked with Mobile Computing Technologies, enterprise wide software solutions and has developed specialized applications of technology for various key areas of business operations.
A nature lover, he is an amateur ornithologist, prolific reader, quiz buff, occasional writer and an avid blogger.
H T Ramakrishna – Managing Consultant
H T Ramakrishna, just ‘HT’ to his associates is a Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering from Kakatiya University, Warangal and has a Masters Diploma in Business Administration from Fergusson College, Pune. He was a member of the 60th Masterclass of Directors, Institute of Directors. HT has hands-on experience of managing passenger travel, logistics, surface cargo & boutique hotels during his stint as President, Kesineni Group of Companies. During his two-decade professional career which started with Blue Star, he has had cross functional experience which includes Business Development, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Engineering & Project Finance.
A motivator of teams, HT is a keen foodie who loves traditional South India delicacies the way it is done in his hometown Udipi and plays the drums during free time.
R K Menon – Managing Consultant
Rama Krishna Menon ( RK for most of his associates ) has over 20 years of experience in leading and managing businesses in diverse industries like consumer electronics , consumer goods , jewelry and has worked across countries in India and South Asia . He specialises in growing nascent businesses , turning around existing businesses and managing multi-cultural teams and business models across geographies , He has worked with Philips , Kodak , D’damas , Reliance Retail in various C level capacities in the past in key Sales , Marketing and Strategic Business roles . He is B.Sc Zoology graduate with an MBA in marketing from Calicut University.
When he is not aggressively pursuing business strategies, he is photographing people & monuments, listening to music or enjoying football.
Ramesh Jayaraman – Managing Consultant
Ramesh is a finance professional with over two decades of global experience, a major part of it in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors. He has been responsible for various aspects of financial and operations management, including, cost optimization, process streamlining, operating controls, accounting, tax, reporting, budgeting, cash & treasury management, information systems, human resources, legal & compliance, insurance and risk management, in organizations, like Ranbaxy Inc, NJ, USA, Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, India and Vasan Healthcare. He has handled (SAP) ERP implementations and enhancements from a financial standpoint for companies with global operations and is a firm believer of simplified workflows for organisational effectiveness. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Ramesh is also a Certified Public Accountant, USA.
When Ramesh is not busy number crunching or implementing risk mitigating strategies, he enjoys different genres of music & films, punning or nature walks.
Lekha Satish – Associate Director
Lekha is an Information Technology (‘IT’) professional with over a decade of work experience in Technology Consulting with various organisations including KPMG, TechMahindra and Polaris. Lekha has worked on IT strategy, post-M&A integration, go-to-market strategy and financial modelling , across geographies, including Dubai, South Africa, Singapore and Japan. An Engineering Graduate from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore, Lekha has a Masters Degree in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune.
When she is not drawing up new IT strategies, she likes to spend time with her family and track the performance of an e-commerce start-up which she mentors.
Viswanath Kodukula – Associate Consultant
Viswanath has a Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has over a decade of experience in finance, information management, enterprise risk assessment & mitigation, regulatory compliance, internal & forensic audits, taxation and logistics. He enjoys working with small and social enterprises, something that he was initiated into during his stint with Administrative Staff College of India as a Project Manager.
A person with a can-do attitude, Viswanath enjoys riding powerful motorcycles.
